The following are not Restaurants per se but Cafe/Confiteria, Mentioned ONLY because of its convenient luncheon specials prices..! (not for foodies )
  • Cafe Arenales
  • La Covadonga
  • La Molinera
  • El Trebol
  • La Querencia
  • Buenos Aires Grill
PD: Restaurants, open at noon, close at four, and then again at eight and close at midnight?

@RichOne, you always mention most places in my area, I have the feeling we are neighbors ;)
 
La Querencia has deteriorated based on my two recent visits. Food served cold; empanadas stuffed with inedible beef, wine that had oxidized. Long waits. I won't go back.
