Best Place for Laptop Repair?

The cooler in my Tosh went on the fritz and PC Doctor was recommended. They said it would take from 4 to 20 days to get it tested. I thought maybe they meant get parts but have been told they really meant tested. Does not sound right to me but what do I know about how they do things here. Anyway they have had the computer for three weeks now and I am not getting any answer as to when it will be ready. Have any of you heard of this place? It was highly recommended by a local software guy.

Three weeks seems too long with little feedback, to me anyway.
Laptop coolers are not hard to get and fitting them is fairly straightforward.
PM me as I'm in that business.

What Gringoboy said. Should take an hour tops to disassemble the laptop and put it back together if you've never done it before and are doing it VERY carefully. A specialist will be done in 5'.
