'As soon as possible' means hours, days, or weeks?
Delta can be had in early September (possibly earlier as well, didn't check extensively) for under 16.000 pesos - just under $1000 at the current blue rate.
If you can be lucky with dates, TAM can be found for 14.000 and change, with a much shorter stopover.
