Best UK IP Address service

Hi,

I'm looking to get a UK Ip address service so I can watch TV etc. Have tried My Expat Network but it nails the broadband down to where it's unusable - I have Fibretel 30meg service so it should be fine, but it takes the speed down to a trickle and renders it useless. Are there any other services anyone can recommend?
