Best way to send debit card USA to AR

FedEx wants $85US to send the ATM card down AND because of new Argentine regulations, I have to call AR customs to let them know that it is coming down.

So I'm asking again if anyone is going from the US to BA any time in the near future who could cary my card down.

I just had one sent two weeks ago by DHL and it was $60 (go for the two day option). There is no need to contact customs. The shipment must simply be labeled "personal documents only". The declared commercial value is $0.00 so there is no customs involved and it will come straight to your door.
 
Dont trust correo argentina to get anything to you from the states. If it resembles a credit card it will be stolen. Bank of America finally had to FEDEX my new card to me here, after 4 attemps with the mail :(
