Is there a LabCorp type of facility in Buenos Aires? A business that one can go to and get a blood test that measures for levels of various health indicators?

I came across this post just now, so I wanted to share. I found SaludyVos to be really good because they have several packages for various types of health checkups. They even come to your home for sample collection.
