Are there any other countries in South America that have the " blue rate" ?? Or is it applicable to Argentina only??

Well I read an article last week where they just de valued their dollar by more than 40%..so Peru & Chile have strong currency then??

Both currencies have appreciated against the USD in the last couple of months

At one time Colombia had a negative blue rate gap. Does anyone know if this is till the case?

But do any other countries use ¨blue¨ as a euphemism for the black rate? From a casual google search it seems limited to Argentina.

Nope. In Venezuela, for instance, they call the blue dollar "lechuga". The media are not allowed to even mention the black market or rates.
