"blue Rate" Countries

Are there any other countries in South America that have the " blue rate" ?? Or is it applicable to Argentina only??

Only Argentina and Venezuela have a significant Blue rate Gap

At one time Colombia had a negative blue rate gap. Does anyone know if this is till the case?

Every country in South America has a "blue" market, but the gap's only significant in Argentina and Venezuela.

But do any other countries use ¨blue¨ as a euphemism for the black rate? From a casual google search it seems limited to Argentina.

Nope. In Venezuela, for instance, they call the blue dollar "lechuga". The media are not allowed to even mention the black market or rates.
