A question..? perhaps answered before . The distributors of home appliances , notebooks, or cell phones such as Fravega, Import components using the official dollar plus taxes , etc. The Blue dollar value is not used for these imports? nor the MEP or CCL? Please comment..?

A good part of the reason is replacement value. They need to estimate how much they will need to pay tomorrow to replace the goods they sell today.
Since inflation and devaluation rarely align here, the blue is generally seen as a safer bet on where the official dollar is going. While they don’t use the blue to do business or transact, they do “think” with the blue. This is why every time the blue gets a major jolt, shops stop selling and we see the headlines we have been seeing today until the blue settles down or they see if/ how the government will respond with the official.
