Boom! I Need A Voltage Converter.

Hello all. I have searched, somewhat in vain, for a voltage converter to reduce this 220V to 110V for some of my electronics(namely hair clippers as I am a barber and need to be able to work). I didn't bring one because it saved some space in my luggage and now I wish I would have sacrificed a pair of pants for it! Does anyone know where I can buy a voltage converter in Buenos Aires?? Thanks!!
