- Only tourists from bordering countries would be allowed (Uruguay, Paraguay, Chile, Bolivia and Brazil).
- They would only be allowed to go to Buenos Aires.
- The maximum stay would be limited to 10 days.
- No quarantine required - a negative PCR test would be required instead.
