Borders might reopen for tourists (from bordering countries only) in a few weeks

It's not 100% confirmed yet and there's plenty of restrictions, but it's a first step towards borders reopening for everyone. In a nutshell:
  • Only tourists from bordering countries would be allowed (Uruguay, Paraguay, Chile, Bolivia and Brazil).
  • They would only be allowed to go to Buenos Aires.
  • The maximum stay would be limited to 10 days.
  • No quarantine required - a negative PCR test would be required instead.
According to the article, the plan is being "finalized" and the government hopes to roll it out by early November.
 
Maybe means residents and citizens will be able to get out of quarantine with a negative PCR test too?
 
They are going to let tourists from countries in before allowing relatives of citizens? What a joke
