British girl looking for work ASAP!

I am a British girl looking for work here in Buenos Aires. Have experience in the Sales and Tourism fields however, am open to any employment suggestions.

Would greatly appreciate any recommended company or website names (which hire English speakers with only basic Spanish) or any other advice at all.
