Agreed...unless you are in desperate need of an offshore investment, or a place to live in BA and you're getting a once in a lifetime deal, or you just feel like driving yourself crazy with bureaucracy and possibly throwing a lot of valuable foreign cash away (due to the high inflation and real estate prices coupled with the inevitable crash, which seems to be getting closer), you should wait.
