Buying Real Estate in Argentina

I've been looking at real estate prices in Argentina, and most of what I've found is for the major cities like Buenos Aires, Cordoba, Rosario, etc. Can someone give me an idea of what a modest, 3 bedroom home, with central air conditioning, preferably new or newer construction, would cost in a much smaller village or city?

These two properties in my town are listed at almost $200k. I'm sure a deal can be made for less but a few years ago it would have been under a $100k list price for comparison.
It probably isnt all that different from a major city price. Rents are always so low compared to the purchase prices, especially in rural towns that I can never commit to a real estate purchase.
