Campo de Golf - Palermo

hi Golfers out there!

does anyone know if it's possible to play a round of golf once in a while at the Campo de Golf in Palermo???

i don't have any membership, nor do i have any golf clubs n' stuff. but i used to play a lot a couple of years ago (with handicap 10).

so, is it possible to play there for non-members? how much is it?
can i rent equipment there?
how does the reservation process work...it looks awfully complicated on their website, and i wasn't able to get somebody to answer the phone there so far.

so, thanks for any kind of advice!

The last time I played there five years ago membership wasn't required as the course belongs to the city, not to a "club". But this is the land of the impossible, so I just checked the net. According to this article, everything remains normal and public.
