I'm returning to BA after almost 4 years. I adopted a crying kitten that came to my door. Can I bring her with me, coming in as a tourist? Are there any requirements other than a rabies vaccine?

Here's some info from the Argentine government in English:

Not sure which country you're coming from, but this is the bilingual form you'd use if you were coming from the States:

The way I understand the Argentina requirements you'd need to have it signed by your veterinarian and endorsed by the USDA either online or by mail.

I visited last month and we brought our cat. You will have to get some paper work (health certificate), sort out travel with your airline and the requirements Senasa will need (and pay) once you arrive to Argentina. There is also a process when you leave which requires a visit to the vet and some documents at Senasa when you depart from Argentina. I would look at https://www.argentina.gob.ar/senasa and search your home country on the requirements to visit Argentina.
