Has anyone done this? Standard latex paint?1526214554717-388x517.jpg

We painted electric baseboard heaters in our rentals in the States without problems, with latex paint, I think 1st with a sealer like Zimmer. I would test a corner 1st. I don't remember ever having a problem.

Yes I recollect painting baseboard heaters with latex as well..

We painted cast-iron radiators with exterior grade latex paint. No problems at all.

They have heat based paints that come in a spray can like for a barbaque. It would last longer

I understand those ceramic heaters never get too hot - won't set drapes on fire like gas heaters do.

That means they can be painted with regular paint - no barbecue enamel needed.
