Does anyone know how an American citizen living in a Arg applies? Last I checked (years ago) you had to physically be in the US for interviews -- but now if it's coming here, maybe Americans here could apply from here as well?

There's a possibility it's only an issue of conflicting dates. Not clear yet just what's happening, but seems that (yet again) some are willing to take immediately the worst explanation as fact (talking about the cyber warriors, not you).
