Central bank president resigns

Today we wake up with the news that the Central bank president Luis Caputo has abrubtly resigned. The market has reacted very negatively to this information and the peso is down 4 %.

The more things change the more they stay the same...... I don't think it matters who is in charge at the Central Bank. Argentina is in deep doo doo.

Caputo was a Wall St guy, investors prefer that to someone that has spent most of their life in academics like Sandleris apparently has.

Can't blame investors. There doesn't seem to be a clear plan, it changes by the month.
