For those who asked

1) Yes, more pictures are available at
http://bsasonebedroomrental.blogspot.com/
and I have more here in my PC

2) Yes the living room has a sofa bed (the sides of the orange sofa can be shifted down and that makes an individual bed- ) it was bought with that purpose.

3) Regarding payment it is monthly ( you do not need to pay all in advance)
The owner is Argentine but lives in Spain so she is open to receiving 75%or thereabouts of the rent by bank transfer to Spain.
And the rest given to me in pesos here (to pay the bills here)
So you would not need to withdraw , change and exchange to pay in dollars (and lose money in the process) or bring in huge amounts of cash...

The other option is to pay here of course.

5) Deposit is one months rent but unless you break furniture or repaint the walls or something drastic it is fully returnable. one broken plate etc... is not cause for deducment.....or anything like that....

The appartment was recently repainted the chairs re-upholstered. The last tennant was a french journalist who stayed two years and a bit.

best,

B.
