Saw this for sale at Zival's at Callao and Corrientes, brand new, next to the dictionaries. Can't recall the price though.

I don't know if you're already familiar with this book, but it's not super well done. The translations given in English are often sloppy and, on the whole, it's a rather amateurish effort.

I totally agree but there aren't other reasources I'd know of. If one asks an argentine friend they generally just give you a few words and don't even think about some others.

The Oxford Spanish-English dictionary has, quite literally, hundreds of regionalisms that are used in Argentina. They're the words that carry either an CS (Cono Sur) or RPl (Río de la Plata) label.

If you want a good book for lunfardo and insults I recommend.

Written by Argentinas version of The Onion, it is a more local resource than Che Boludo, which has some errors.
