Cheap Delta Airlines fares to and from BA

Question.....until recently, on Scotts Cheap Flights, you could program in departure cities and you would receive any deals leaving from those cities. Now Scotts is only U.S. departure cities. I need a new source of discount flights LEAVING from cities outside the U.S. Any ideas?

Not discount flights per se, but my latest go to for searching flights has been "Google Flight Finder" and then cross check with Kayak. Google Flight Finder a step up in checking flights in many ways.

+1 for Delta. When I flew down here several months ago Delta rates were significantly lower than anybody else.
