Cheap multi-city flights????

Flights seem to have gone up over 50% since last year . I used to combine a trip to the States with a trip to UK for $1600 but now its like $2600. Anyone found cheaper? Also Brit Airways no longer seems to co-operate with American Airlines for multi-city flights (so can't do the13 hour flight to Lon).

I'm searching for this combo for May or June:

EZE to LON stay 8-10 weeks
LON to RDU stay up to 2 weeks
RDU to EZE

Any leads pleeeeeeeze!!!

Well just looking at your trip briefly there are a few reasons why the prices you are getting are that high, anytime you fly out of the UK there is about $200 in new taxes that weren't there a year ago, also the airfare from London to Buenos Aires with a 2 week stopover in the US are not the greatest right now, and going through RDU is also adding cost, but if you are willing to be a little flexible I got it down to $1,430 by making a some adjustments(itinerary copied below) I do realize those aren't the ideal connections on the outbound to the UK, but better ones are available either connecting in GRU or FRA but that puts the ticket up around $1,700. It may be possible to drop it even lower by playing around a little more with it.

For just searching I use matrix.itasoftware.com because of its flexibility and power, but they do not sell tickets nor provide links to purchase tickets,you could also use Kayak to do a multicity search and then click through to the lowest provider to purchase.
