China loans Argentina 7.5 billion, and allow Argentina to trade with China using RMB (not peso) in 3 years.
So Argentina does not need to use dollars to trade with China, China is Argentina second largest trading partner, next to Brazil.

The Chinese will "loan" anyone money. I was in tiny Dominica in the Caribbean. The Chinese built a cricket stadium for the Dominicans (population 72,000 ) at the cost of 20 millions dollars . What could the Chinese expect to gain in trade or imports from a tiny , rainy caribbean Island ?

I can understand to get some soybeans from Argentina , but guava's or mango's ????

I can help you with that. Each year China sets aside billions to aid third world countries (China itself is third world country, but with 4 trillions of foreign reserve), and help its own business. All theprogram must use Chinese company/business, and Chinese workers, all the Chinese embassies in each country tries so hard to get the investment to that country so the people in charge of the program can get corrupted, for example, the Chinese embassy in Dominica could very likely to ask central government to pour money to build stadium and cash to bribe the politicians to keep the influence of Taiwan out of there, more importantly, the aid program brings business to Chinese companies and corruption money for people who are in charge of the program, so every embassy is fighting to get the program to the country where their embassy is. To outsider, this aid program doesn't make any sense. But this is a legal way to embezzle the federal/central government's money in the name of helping other third countries. That's why the aid program becomes bigger and bigger each year. It will change when China has a major economy crisis, and that is coming soon.

That's because China's world-wide spending spree is more than just racking up trade agreements. 20 million dollars is cheap for a PR/marketing campaign. It's like being the rich guy who pays people to be his friends.

Here's a link to a comedy routine I watched a few days ago:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ek6uI3P9aws

Here is one of the hilarious jokes:

"I wish to assure our African friends in all seriousness that China will never pursue a colonialist path like some countries did or allow colonialmism, which belonged to the past, to reappear in China."

Basically, if you watch the video, you can just insert Argentina, South America, whatever and it will still be the same result.

EDIT: Just a side note, did you know that if you watch RT, the BBC, Al Jazeera, and any US news outlet in one day, you can actually feel your skull being drawn and quartered?

So will the US.
Forbes just sold majority of the share to a Chinese company.
