Chinese/australian Type I Plug Compatible With Ar Type I?

Hi, I wonder if anyone had experience in plugging Australian or Chinese devices using Type I plug (pictured below) into wall sockets here.

They all look the same (2 angled pins and a longer earth pin) but I read elsewhere that in argentina the 2 angled pins are electrically reversed, which would mean fried electronics when plugged...

Thanks, I know they look the same, but according to wikipedia "the Active and Neutral connections are reversed". Is this wrong?

most handymen in argentina just connect the wires anyway they please so in any given house you`ll have reversed and direct wired connections. alternating current is very forgiving

The hot and neutral are reversed. In almost every case that does not make a difference functional difference, it just reduces the risk of electric shock in the case of a fuck up.
