Chinese cooking classes.......

Did anything ever come of this ? There's a Chinese comida por peso place near the Pueyyredon / Rivadavia subway hub with some delicious dishes I would pay good money in USD for someone to show me step by step where to get the ingredients and how to make.

I've seen too many horrifyingly unhygienic things in these places to buy it directly

Vincent you should look around barrio chino, in belgrano. It's the local china town. All the ingredients will be there and someone might give you some info on where to take classes.
