Circulation permit to board domestic flights

Any suggestions on getting the required circulation permit for getting on flights within ARG? If I don't get to Cordoba and help secure a vacant house for sale soon, the local punks will steal anything they can get there hands on, and damage a lot in their thievery. The purpose of the trip does not fit the medical assistance category, but it really is an urgent family matter. What is our best option?
Hate to think I stupidly bought the flights and booked a hotel, unaware of the Covid strictures.

You need a valid passport (any kind) or Argentine/Mercosur ID. That's it. No one cares or would check immigration status.
There are no Covid restrictions anymore.
