I'm looking for someone to do some cleaning one or two mornings a week. Please PM me with an hourly rate if you're interested. Expats only please. TIA!
 
If you don't want the job, naff off and don't answer the thread! Sick and tired of people on this site. I have two pre-school kids and run a guest house single-handedly, I can't clean the whole damn place on my own!!! FYI, you stuck-up expats, a cleaner in London only earns about 12-15 dollars an hour. I have done cleaning jobs and factory jobs, I'm not a snob, so leave me alone!!!
 
I'm wondering why you would target expats for this? It's probably going to be a very small pool of applicants. I know of a great cleaning lady but she's Paraguayan.

Average rate is going to be around 30 pesos an hour for a non-expat.
 
I'm just wary of lawsuits even if everything's in blanco. Plus we've already had the requisite armed robbery in the house. I've had expats in the past. I'm happy to pay over 30 an hour for an expat.
