The location is Lucio N. Mansilla 3802, corner of Jeronimo Salguero (facing Plaza Guemes).
The Subway Line D has been closed Jan 8 - March 17 to complete the renovation project.
There are several bus lines nearby.

GREAT INVITATION...I need to soften the culture shock after so many years of not living in BA! Landing on April 5th, so I will expect to see you guys there. Still have not located a B&B to stay, but it will be found.
