Distribution data is being compiled. LD50 of fentanyl is 2mg; about 15 grains of table salt. Not much room for error even untainted. There is a new non-opiod pain medication available in the USA, Journavx (suzetrigine), that is not yet available here as far as I know. It's a much safer alternative to fentanyl.
