I see, thank you. So it is similar to a capital gains tax and the extra cost is being passed through to a new buyer. Now I understand why there is such a big change.

Well the New Head of INDEC, Cafiero forecasted a 40% inflation for 2020, sure he will fall short and will most likely approach 50% !!!
