Hello I need to travel next week.Where can I get a PCR test and certificate to travel.I would need this the same day as certificate is only valid for 72 hours.I’m in Buenos Aires city

In practice if you get tested in the afternoon or evening you will get the result the next morning.
You can ask them to provide it in English and they will give you two copies one in Spanish one in English. I think they ask that you take your passport so they can put your passport number on the certificate
