From a look at it, i would guess the guy did at one point did have access to some interesting accounts but he appears to have also sent a couple of emails with this access and taken screenshots.

Shame, if they did have access they should have just dumped it all wikileaks style and released it all.

Or better yet-- upload them to Wikileaks, since most of Wikileaks reports are not pure unculled data dumps. Just taking a quick look through these I need some context.
