Public Prosecutor Fein who had the Nisman Cause was presented with a Criminal complaint by Prosecutor Palmaghini. After hearing statements from former spy Stuiso, who mentioned he had declared that Nisman was murdered in February 2015. Prosecutor Fein Failed to RECORD this statement in the Court Records...!!! The cause will go to the Federal Courts and may fall in Oyarbides desk....!!

Palmaghini made this decision after having interviewed for nearly 17 hours a former intelligence agent Antonio "Jaime" Stiuso.
Former COO of the former SIDE told the judge he did not believe it was a suicide death Nisman and instead favored the theory of a homicide.
