Yeah, as if her era was a rose garden!
Why deflecting? So far Milei only accomplishment is to get the loan from the IMF. Poverty went up, prices went up.. i really cant see any good effect of his leadership. High peso => less tourist ==> less jobs => more poverty

High peso => less export => less jobs => more poverty

High peso => more abroad holidays => less money circulating inside the Economy.

Only thing what became cheaper is import… but that’s a disfunctional system here..
so enlighten me sensei

I’m Argentine through my mom and I just left Argentina and I really wish I will never ever need to go back there.
I agree; Argentina is unliveable economically. Surreal! Almost everyone around me support Milei. Previous governments didn’t do anything good. They have worsened the economy and now this guy is left to clean up the mess. Everything is outcome of the previous government. Spending public funds on purchasing vote in provincia. Nothing spent on infrastructure, education, social services. And I can’t blame Milei for these. It is not that everything was great and Milei came and created this mess!!

Everything is outcome of the previous government. => that's a really really bold statement..
If there was no money spend on education, than why is he slashing the funding of it?
Why is he cuttting the pensions? or not correcting them a little bit.

I don't see how the country got any better in the past 1,5 year with him at the head..

He's cutting everything...to reduce peso emission....the further strengthen the peso...in the hopes that it generates deflation....and out of that deflation...some stable economy arises. Honestly, I'm not sure any of it is possible though. The lack of subsidies and government aid has repriced everything. It is now causing a wage-price spiral, which is generating a different type of inflation. It's hard to gauge just how long it will take the economy to recover from this and whether at the end of it will be any better. Something had to be done about the rampant inflation and it had to be done within the short window the LLA was given. But it was too drastic and too fast.

what bold statement?!! I’m not defending Milei. All I’m saying; he inherited a mess from Kirchnerismo. It’s not easy to clean up that mess. No hay plata. I don’t think he will manage to do anything but I don’t blame him for this mess. I can’t stand the previous ones tho. What are you talking about? Can’t you see what was happening? How can you expect him to make things straight in a year and a half?

She's one to talk. Incredibly, she maintains a robust cult following and a core of supporters who consider her a living saint. SMH.
