For any fellow cyclists out there, tonight at 9pm is the full moon Critical Mass/Masa Critica bike ride, and this Sunday at 4pm is the afternoon ride. Meeting point is the Obelisk. These are large, monthly group rides that aim to show that there are a lot of people who like biking in a city! The goal is to stay together, and people will often hold traffic at intersections so that the group can pass all at once. The rides in Buenos Aires seem to attract one or two hundred folks, and based on my recent attendance it's fairly well-organized. The times I listed above are meeting times; they depart an hour later. I won't make it tonight but am planning to attend Sunday. Post or DM me if you're interested, and keep an eye out for a red recumbent (like in my profile photo) if you're there!
