Dakar rally race!

Does anyone know about the Dakar Rally Race??? They are blocking a lot of the streets today, Friday, to prepare for the race start which is tomorrow 1/15. I've watched a few videos of the Dakar race and would love to see part of it. Does anyone have the schedule of events for the area close to Plaza Italia???
