Dark Room - Cuarto Oscuro Access?

Does anyone know where I could rent darkroom space for my analogue photo projects? For a time I was in touch with a private instructor who had a darkroom but the price I was quoted was simply to expensive for me.

Any ideas you could throw at me would be great!

I know nothing about photography but there is a tiny camera museum/cafe (Cafe Semick or Simik) a few blocks from my house on Lacroze y Fraga (3 blocks from the B-line tube, Lacroze stop). I think they have a dark room in their basement that they let people use. Its a lovely little place
