Day trip with dollars

Thanks for the feed back.I do think your laws in are very simplistic here is way off reality.not according to my abogado and I would suggest that the rest of the world has laws of the utmost complexity.In my experience anyway.
Think I will take a trip solo to see what happens.Shouldn't have to resort to ferrying ones own money out of the country like some smuggler,not in a civilised country anyway!!!!

In the UK, the government has teams of lawyers working for about 6 months on a new law, then it goes through the house of commons, then it goes through the lords and various committees and then back to the commons then to the Queen.

Here they publish something in a magazine and its law within about a week. Then the next day they realise that yesterdays law has a loophole, so they publish another one in the magazine to get around the loophole.
 
Also...be careful not to have a penny over us$10,000 with you...and that includes pesos. If they find you with any extra lunch or cab money, they will have you for it...

Actually, I think it might b 9,999. The number on the form to declare is 10,000 and over.
