We are looking for a 1 month rental from Dec 8-January 8. Dates are somewhat flexible.

This is for 6 adults, so at least 3 bedrooms. Will take great care of it and will pay well! So if anyone who has a nice, large home is leaving or knows someone who is, please let me know.

The Boyfriend of a friend of mine (both of whom live in the inner province of Buenos Aires) has this appartment... am not sure if it is what you are looking for.

If it might be let me check with them if available and what they are asking for- and put you in contact...
best,
B.

I am looking for a 3-bedroom place as well, but for a week or two in February.

I was looking online and saw a nice furnished apartment usually goes for 600-800 USD a week? Does that seem right? Basically just looking for something nice that's going to be more economical and roomy than 3 rooms in a hotel.

I'm thinking we'll try our luck through an agent so we might actually see the place in person. The online site I contacted does not give tours of the apartment for short term rentals.

For shorter stays of a week or two or a month, I recommend http://www.bytargentina.com/ My parents used them when they visited me a year and a half ago and had a great experience renting an apartment in Palermo. I think it cost them around $600 total for a two-week stay.

I can highly recommend this property in Monserrat on a beautiful block . It has three large bedrooms each with their own bathroom and it is has an incredible terrace and parrilla. Can rent for just US $ 2000 a month . This is a great deal .

Thanks, we finally found something this AM. From what every tourist realtor told us, they have never seen a market as good as this Dec/Jan. Especially for large apartments. We needed to get out of the tourist market to find something. We ended up renting a house we saw available for long term rent.

Perry, if you want to get that rented overnight, call any of the tourist agents!

Eclair, be very careful with these rentals. $600-$800 per week in the tourist rental market can be dicey. In my experience few in the tourist market look like the pics, there's some very talented photographers.
