Descent apartment wanted

Hello, as a friend of mine is coming to Buenos Aires and started to look for
an descent apartment house from April. I am very surprised with the prices in these days for expats....
but if you know an owner who has an aparment with not luxury furnished to rent for three months for a single woman as cheap as posible, please send me msg or post here. As she heve lived for two years and know how to move in any part of Capital Federal.

Im owner of one room apartment on Congreso ( AV; Mayo and santigo de estero, cap fed, ) fully furnished queen size bed 140 x 190, cable tv, PC with printer, m/wave, toster, ect. very good apartment just for U$S 30 / Night, and 700 for month.
