DHL for US passport

Before visiting the US embassy for a passport renewal, one has to visit the nearby DHL on Cabildo to pay for the return shipping and get shipping label.
Has anyone had luck completing this online?
I'd like to save a trip there.
 
How can you sign the TERMINOS Y CONDICIONES DE TRANSPORTE online in order for them to accept the responsibility of delivering your passport?

If you want your passport, then you'll have to make the trip to Cabildo 1209. I went to that DHL office six years ago.
