Nobody listens to that clown, for those who can remember, this is isabelita's gov' back in 75,where everyday there were new decrees and regulations that no one gave a crap about, and everyone knew it was a matter of time before the gov' fell, yet all those defenders of democracy today, that were around then, did nothing to ensure that the Republic went to early elections to prevent the interruption of a constitutional ruled nation.

No. What he announced today is the renewal of the exact same DNU he's been reauthorizing every 2-3 weeks since March. Since the summer the ASPO was supplemented with DISPO and different "departamentos" within the provinces can move from Phases 1-4 depending on number of cases and the R of cases, etc. and ultimately graduate to DISPO -- but can fall back into ASPO again if things turn south. The "news" today is that AMBA will be moved into DISPO, so you will "legally" not need a permiso to move within AMBA -- something that has been in practice already the case for many weeks. But you still cannot move within provinces without a permiso. Eventually the entire country will move to DISPO. Probably in December.
