Do you believe in Cosmetic Surgery

I seem to live in plastic surgery central, and there are some bizarre and borderline tragic examples of surgery gone awry.

Clawing back a semblance of youth at a cost of looking like a monster in your golden years doesn't seem to be much of a trade off.

But as said by others, its a personal thing, so each to their own.

I think plastic surgery is OK or even very good in some cases. Some people feel very insecure because of their huge nose or big ears or no breasts at all. A small operation might change their life completely.
But plastic surgery to "slow down aging" (that is all it does, slow it down a bit), that is something else. I think aging is a natural process, if you try to stop it you get indeed monsters, like you see them daily here in BA. You are as old as you feel, and trying to look like someone a lot younger seems ridiculous to me, and they only make a fool out of themselves.
A little botox won't hurt, nice clothes, hairdresser and gym, everything is good to make you look and feel good, but the knife? No thanks, not for me!
