For the past several years, my husband and I have rented apartments (for February / March) in Palermo Chico (AKA: Barrio Norte?) (within the same building, Paunero 2734.) We like that building (mucho !); we like the barrio; and want to return this year. Unfortunately, the rental agency we had been using no longer represents any apartments in the building. Endless web searching has been 'frustrating' (nothing unusual, basically the same frustrations that you would expect here in the EEUU.)
Last year, one of the neighbors in the building had mentioned that she rented her apartment through Re/Max.
I have reached out to Re/Max; and had gotten a responce (evntually) that i was being referred to... Having not heard from... I asked if I could reach out to that agent directly... which I have... nada...
I'm OK (not really) if there is nothing available in the building for rental (there is at least 1 for sale... - I think); I would only like to have someone / anyone let me know... Or...
Any stray thoughts / suggestions... that you might have will be (as always) greatly appreciated in advance.
