Dog Parks?

Are there any fenced in dog parks anywhere in Buenos Aires?

We have two whippets that need to run badly, but they can not be let off lease outside unless it's a fenced in area. Got to be an area big enough where they can get up to speed. Does that even exist here?

What neighborhood are you guys in? Most parks are god parks, but a few have actually fenced in areas.

We are in Florida, but will travel most anywhere to a good dog park with a fence. Thanks!

Take the train to barrancas del belgrano, there's a lovely enclosed dog park (and a nice human park) just as you exit the west side of the train station.
