Dollar Exchange

Well, I am pretty bad with economic theories and I have not followed the rates closely in the last few months. I noticed in December that the blue rate is higher, and sometimes very high.

But this is normalcy. Unofficial rates against dollar are almost always higher than official rates in most part of the world. I guess, what happened a few months ago here when blue rate was below or on par with official rates at times, was over correction.
