Es para mantener la actividad y los puestos de trabajo mientras dura la cuarentena. El restaurante ubicado en Palermo es uno de los 50 mejores lugares para comer en el mundo.

The most famous restaurant in Argentina Don Julio has now become a butcher with delivery options . This has been one of my favourite restaruants in the world for its vibrant atmosphere and outstanding parilla . It is rated as the best restaurant in Argentina and Number 34 in the world . Due to it being a extremely tight space I cannot see it reopening with new social distancing rules . They would have to find a space that is 3 times larger to be able to accomodate this .

I have learnt to cook very good meat on gas stove without parilla

Im in the south of Patagonia and of late the quality of meat here is low quality
The lamb and beef when in season is superb . There is a festival in Cholila Chubut with the best meat I have tried in Argentina hope those days come back soon!
