I'm Catherine, and I have a 1bed/1bath furnished apartment for rent (approx 47 sq mt or 506 sq ft). It's two and a half blocks from the Subte Line D, Tribunales or two blocks from Line B, Uruguay. Located in Lavalle 1400 between Uruguay and Parana, close to El Palacio de Justicia.
The price is of $600 dollars that can be paid in pesos (at the official exchange rate) or in dollars. I accept and highly prefer paypal. The price does not include services nor the building maintenance fee. If you need an all services included apartment let me know so that I can give you a quote.
I accept short-term vacation rentals or the typical Argentine 2-year contract. A typical Argentine contract is of two year with a garantia and a deposit. If you don't have a garantia, I will consider accepting references plus a larger deposit.
