My friend sent me a Whatsapp while traveling in the States asking me to pedir un turno with an otorrinolaringologo and I had a hell of a time pronouncing it over the phone to the receptionist at the doctor's office.

It's not any easier to pronounce in English. An otorhinolaryngologist.

You can say "un especialista en nariz, garganta y oido"... Or just say "otorrino". I never use the entire word when asking for an appointment.
