easy to change EURO to USD in BA?

Hi,
I will be back friday to BA. Is it easy to change EURO to USD in BA ?
I don't know if it is true but I heard about restrictions or difficulties to get USD there.

If you want dollars for your euros then change them before you come. It is not easy now to get any currency here except for pesos.
 
virtually impossible. I've been in this boat. Before the restrictions were put in place - so I can't even begin to imagine what it would be like now. Even if you could somehow do it by providing necessary documentation, you'd have to first convert the Euros to pesos and then the pesos to dollars. The direct exchange of two foreign currencies is not allowed. You'd have a major loss in all that exchanging.
